Unlike many others, I provide full services at a lower fee (we’re already beating the competition on listing fees!). And if you’re not happy with my services at any point, you can cancel the agreement with no strings attached. My priority is always to get the seller to cover my fee, but if not, we’ll discuss other options to make sure it works for you. You also have the option to hire an attorney or work directly with the seller or their agent if that’s your preference.
